All blood work excellent. Current Dr. said I should frame it. lol! Cholesterol from 180 to 125. Vit levels are all midway as they should be. Never have they been good due to celiacs and other food allergies. Prior to surgery lost 100 on my own by omitting the foods I am allergic to and still are... allergic to gluten (otherwise known as celiacs i.e. barley, wheat, rye), corn, rice, dairy, eggs, and citrus.

I have always worked out... i.e. 3 5k runs., countless gyms, jiu jitsu, boxing, american kickboxing, Muay Thai, Taeknowdo, and others... and as always lifting weights. Knowing the food allergies made a huge difference. A few said I took the easy way out by getting the #vsg but this has not been easy! Dr Almanza is a fantastic Dr. I have always worked hard and using this tool of #vsg surgery has finally brought me to where I want to be. healthy and strong.

If I have any issues now, weightlossagents.com are here for me.They were there for me prior to, during, and after the surgery.

This surgery is not only a physical change but post op, it is a mental one. I wish you all luck at achieving your goals.
