Ok so first of all, I want everyone reading this to know that my testimony is real and not made up. This is based on my recent surgery with Dr Galileo Villarreal. First things first, I want to give Dr Villarreal credit for doing a wonderful job with my surgery. One week gone and still no problems. So let me start off with the things that went well. Everything was very well coordinated by Dr Villarreal so I had very little to worry about. I was picked up at the airport, taken to get labs done, taken to the hotel and then transported to surgery the next day. I had no problems with this. The day of the surgery also went well. Many of the nurses speak English so speaking with them was easy. The Dr also speaks English. The hospital knows who you are and where to take you to so this was also easy for me not to worry. The day of the surgery I spoke to the Dr and I was given anesthesia and I feel asleep. I woke up in some pain from the CO2 gas they pump in your stomach but it's bearable. The next couple of days I was taken care of 24/7. I worried about nothing except recovering. That was it. When I was discharged from the hospital, I was taken to the hotel and awaited my transportation to the airport the next day. My ride to the airport arrived and I got on my flight and went home. The experience is something that I had not expected. I read about other horrible surgeries gone wrong in Mexico so I had expected my experience to be like what I had read but it wasn't. I would recommend WLS with Dr Galileo Villarreal to anyone. He is very organized and in my opinion does way to much as a Dr. He's great.
