I was impressed and happy with the entire team. I decided to have the mini bypass (10/3/2022 10/6/2022). From start to finish the service was top notch and I have no complaints. Starting with the online team, they are supportive, communication is awesome to include post-surgery communication. The airport transport. Once you checked in, the driver began communicating to keep you informed and confirmed with pick up times and location. He was on time very professional, friendly and very accommodating. Once you arrive you are dropped with Reception, given paperwork and later taken to and assigned room (typical hospital room), where you are given broth, and crushed ice and your get IV. Day of surgery was a no brainer. You walk into a room, go to sleep, wake back up in your assigned hospital room. The Nursing staff was good and professional, constantly checking on your wounds, and pushing the pain and nausea medication. The nursing staff was attentive, to all my needs. I did not have pain or nausea. Doctor Mario Almanza was great, a bit of a language barrier, but the reviews and after-effects of the surgery and monitoring from him and his team was awesome. After arriving home, I did have soreness, the medications I given started wearing off and I did have pain, but not enough where I needed the pain medication I was given. I am on my last day of antibiotics, the sutures are itching like crazy (good thing) and I am able to walk with no issue. Starting from my fasting time 28 September 12 October 2022, I have lost 17 lbs. My only issue is I am trying hard to stick to the recommend diet. So, I feel tired and cold. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I am HAPPY with my decision, should have done it sooner.
