Hi all. I must admit that this was no easy feat. I struggled with the idea of undergoing this life changing surgery, and i had some difficulties transistioning to the results of this surgery. Dr. Almanza and his crew were great and affrodable and efficient, but I would advise that it is difficult to find doctors in the U.S. willing to do follow up visits for post surgical issues after having surgery in Mexico. I found this to be my biggest concern. About 6 weeks after surgery I started having really bad episodes of reflux and not being able to hold down anything, major vitamin deficiencies, and body injuries resulted from not being able to find a doctor locally (Memphis TN) who would see me following my choice to have surgery in Mexico. I fought through the growing pains for about 5 or 6 months until my constant will to make it work and get back to living won. I took multiple vitamins and searched all search enginges until i found a regimine that worked for me. I've lost 160lbs and i ffel better than ever. I would not change a thing (other than the months of sickness that followed the surgery of course), but if I had it to do all over again, all things considered, i would. Pray for the best, prepare for the worst. Make sure you have a doctor who will treat Mexico patients post surgery and rock your sleeve. Peace and Blessings. Thank you Dr. Almanza and weightlossagents.com for changing my life!
