New Me

More then I expected
Dr Mario Almanza did a great job, although he isn't much for bedside manners he is a wonderful Doctor. I only met him for maybe 3 minutes and never seen him again but he did his job. I don' t have pictures but will post some later... *

Wow!!!

Still Skeptical
I have lost 40 pounds in 10 months. My heaviest was 190 my current weight is 140-145. I am struggling with the last 20 pounds. I am only 5'2". I am one of the slow losers and am grateful for that.
