This spring after seeing a close fried that had lost a lot of weight and looked absolutely wonderful, I told her that I wanted to look like her. Her remark to me was, Then let me take you. I met with her and she told me all about her gastric sleeve and her wonderful experience with Dr. Almanza's team. I knew immediately this was a great choice for making a positive change in my life. I had tried so many different weight loss plans. I walked 2 miles several times a week, had workout with a trainer but I just could not lose the weight. I was a food-aholic and I know that is something I must face and fight the rest of my life.

My next step was to get online and fill out my health questionnaire. Very Very simple. Within an hour I had my approval for surgery and got a date scheduled.

My only mistake is that I had to wait 2 1/2 months to fit the surgery into my busy travel schedule. I should have not waited.

The whole experience was great. Dr. Almanza's team is so caring and welcoming. The hotel staff was wonderful. I felt very safe at the hotel and walking to the mall during the day time.

My HWT= 276
SWT=255
CWT=221

My knees and feet feel like new. I have had a great energy and am starting to sleep better.

The Gastric Sleeve has been a great decision for a new healthier me.

I will be posting some after pictures. Just have waited to take some of the new me.
