My holiday in Tijuana where I lost 85% of my stomach

- Name: Robert Orser
- Age: 61
- Surgery: Gastric Sleeve
- Surgery date: March 21st, 2015
- Testimonial date: March 26th, 2015
- Surgeon: Dr. Almanza
From start to finish, I was always well taken care of, respected , and called Mr. Bob.
It is all in your personality, if you think you are going to have a miserable time and be in pain, you will, or if you think the opposite then if you do have pain, there are nice people who can help you. Be negative and rude and that does not help you or your recovery.
If you think you are going to have a cozy relationship with the surgeon you will not. At most you will have is 15 seconds while someone takes a picture with you and him. He has skilled hands, little English but who cares when you see what he does. Five small stitches to get OUR big stomach out, what a miracle!!
I am home, a little short of energy. When I weighed myself before I started the cleanse 3 days pre-op, I weighed 240 lbs, when I arrived at the hospital I weighed 224 llbs and 5 days post-op I weigh 211 lbs. (I have lost 29 lbs in 2 weeks).
Will keep you posted.
