Everyone took such good care of me while I was there for this procedure. I know the facility (hospital) is a new location still under construction, so I know all the kinks will be worked out by then: Receptionist is needed at front to greet and acknowledge you are there. Better timing for transportation, less wait time. nutritionist consult I think was a waist of time because all that was addressed was the paper work given when discharged from hospital and we had to come back from just being discharged that day from the hospital. We were all very tired wanting to rest and had to come back and wait for info we already had. But overall I would highly recommend your dr and facility.

only downside of this experience was the Hotel. I felt it wasn't a 4 star hotel that the web site stated. restaurant was so slow, my guest waited hour or longer for food even when she was in the restaurant and even when I asked for chicken broth it took so long to get when it should've been immediate. I was trying to get change to give tips on my wait out and I was denied at every outlet at the hotel to get this and was even told by one of the staff that if I were to give a tip I could get change. felt that was very inappropriate.
